The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing - so friendly and helpful, they really made us feel at home. The restaurants served mind-blowing food, and the location and views were jaw-dropping. The rooms were super comfortable and well-appointed, and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcomed us like family. The outdoor area and gardens were beautifully tended, and the hotel even allowed dogs. our stay here was a super positive experience and we can't wait to return!

A really wonderful hotel, with truly exceptional hospitality - every last details has been thought through. It will be hard to go anywhere else after this. The room, the views, the guided walks, the food, the wine list - all wonderful.
The only thing we missed was the lack of a tub in our bathroom - after long hard mountain walks it would have been very welcome. But the spa was delightful.

The location for skiing was perfect...literally steps from slopes and lift. The cuisine was excellent. The spa/wellness area offered many opportunities for relaxing after skiing.
For a "leading hotel of the world" the hotel lacked the equivalent of a concierge . The front desk was staffed by young people from other parts of the country who were happy to make arrangements for guests, but lacked knowledge of the neighborhood: e.g. their answer to requests for driving directions, was to print out computer directions which did not indicate that an avalanche had blocked the suggested route.

Luxurious amenities and excellent service made our stay at this hotel unforgettable. The spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. The garden area was a peaceful retreat and our room was spacious with exclusive advantages. The restaurant's continental breakfast, in-room breakfast, and packed lunches were superb. The bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and the staff were attentive to our needs. The location was ideal for mountain hiking.
Our minor issue was the unreliable internet connection, which required frequent login.

Stellar service and dining, great location
The service and dining at this hotel were superb, with attentive staff and delicious food. The hotel's location was also ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the guided walks offered by the hotel and the stunning scenery. Another highlight was the on-site spa, which provided a relaxing retreat after a day of hiking.
While we loved the service and location, we did find that the room amenities were somewhat limited compared to other hotels in the area. some of the rooms were subject to noise from other guests or nearby construction work.

Located in a beautiful spot in the hills, this hotel is a great place to spend a relaxing few days away. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms are well-appointed. Guests are treated to excellent service from all the staff members who are incredibly welcoming. The breakfast each morning is also amazing, with a great variety of options to choose from. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped spa area and an outdoor pool, perfect for a day of relaxation.
Some guests complained about the small portion sizes at dinner, which may leave some feeling a bit unsatisfied.

Amazing food options and top-notch service. The guided walks and activities on offer were fantastic, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The hotel's location was also great, with easy access to many attractions.
The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, leaving us unable to stay connected at all times. Although the hotel's physical facility was overall good, some of the rooms could use better amenities, like coffee and tea-making facilities.
